Who we Are
Construction Project Management (UK) Ltd. was established in 2011.

Our Managing Director, Kamala Foster, has 25 years of experience in the construction industry. As a qualified Project Manager and trained Civil and Structural Engineer, Kamala brings technical expertise and managerial oversight to the projects she works on. Her experience includes feasibility studies, design, quantity surveying to managing construction from inception to completion. Kamala often works as the Employers Quantity Surveyor and Project Coordinator, or directly with the Funder’s Quantity Surveyor to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and with the high standards and quality that her Employers specify.

The projects Construction Project Management (UK) Ltd have completed include from single-unit buildings to seventy-five unit developments. Most of our projects are medium-sized developments and most of the projects we work on include six to ten units. The projects we work on comprise of both new builds and refurbishments, ranging from mixed developments to residential and commercial. The majority of our work is on developments.

The value of these projects has varied from £500,000.00 to £5,100,000.00. However, most of our projects range between £1,000,000.00 and £2,500,000.00.
