4. Financial checking and assessment of contractor's credibility and experience.
5. Tender process.
6. Tender Clarifications to the Contractor
7. Tender report and analysis upon tender return.
8. Presentation of Tender Return to Clients team and recommendations.
9. Approval of cost and Contractor by Client.
10. Appointment of Contractor.
Construction Stage
